My Work with the ABD and J, By KW
I was on my way to Southern CA to meet with J at her home where I would be staying for about a week. J was highly allergic – to everything. She would quickly get sick/nauseous, break out in hives, not be able to breathe, be in bed for days, could not go outside of her home, or have any friends.
So, I arrived at what appeared to be a small compound of houses. I was a nervous, but, on a mission to be of service to her with my ABD in hand.
J was not a large woman, very thin, looking older than she was. She knew I was coming so she answered the door. Normally, she saw very few people. She was basically allergic to people, animals, birds (their smells), perfumes, soaps, Make-up, lotions, shampoos, their clothes, which picked up scents from laundry soaps, smoking, etc. everything even the outdoors. I think you can get the idea, everything.
Her home was barren, very little in it….just basics.
My job, as I understood was to work with her on the ABD, read it together, discussing the different stages of transit and how she could apply it to her life at the moment. Explaining that transit is happening all the time. We did have many discussions, and good ones, so I thought we were realizing some progress in getting her prepared for her passing…..whenever that would be.
Towards the end of my weeks stay she made it known to me that she wanted me to help her commit suicide. I explained to her that that was not why I came here. I came to help her understand how to use the ABD when the time would come of her passing. Naturally she became upset with me because I would not help her. So, I told her I needed to go out for a while. I called D while out and explained the predicament (I was naturally shook up, it came as a surprise to me what she thought I had come there to do). I was told to leave and they would get someone there to help her. J was such a brilliant woman, I never really heard what happened to her. I continued doing ABD readings for her after I left.
